Peak quality for confined spaces
Tangible advantages for better efficiency, safety and freedom of motion – now with 80 teeth. The new STAHLWILLE fine-tooth ratchets with their innovative mechanical systems are now available for the first time with a slim steel handle – providing even better freedom of motion in tight spaces. In common with their cousins with 2-component handles, they require a ratchet angle of only 4.5° and really come into their own where maintenance work has to be carried out in confined spaces, like when working on turbines on an aeroplane. And they are uncompromisingly FOD compliant. By the way: the new fine-tooth technology is now also available for bit ratchets with steel handles.
Tried and tested
Rounded edges and shaped grooves facilitate quick & easy switching.
Unrivalled smooth action, even when applying high torques – thanks to the precision engineered bearing and resilient mechanisms.
Eighty teeth provide a tight ratchet angle of only 4.5° – facilitating efficient working in confined spaces. In contrast to conventional fine-tooth ratchets, no less than eight teeth engage at once here, ensuring maximum load capacity and, at the same time, smooth action and durability.
Drop-forged chrome vanadium shank – durable and impact-resistant for maximum service lifetimes. Bulbshaped handle for optimum grip.
The QuickRelease technology ensures tools cannot be inadvertently lost – while enabling rapid, safe tool changes.
On request, available without the 2-component handle in a neatly designed slim-line version – because in awkward spaces every millimetre counts.
The preferred choice in safety-relevant fields such as aerospace, thanks to the screwless design.
